• All bedding including sheets, blankets, pillow covers and mattress pad should be washed in hot water every two weeks.
• Carpet is a favorite place for dust mites – you might consider removing carpet from your bedroom and put down hard wood.
• Make sure your heating vents are covered with HEPA filters.
• Use shades on windows instead of curtains.
